Thermal oil – efficient process heat

Thermal oil is ideal for industrial applications requiring high temperatures and precise, uniform heat transfer. Operating temperatures are selected for the thermal fluid and component ratings, typically within approximately 150–350 °C. System pressure is determined by the fluid and circuit design.

Typical application areas include the chemical industry, plastics and rubber industry, paint and coatings industry, food production, and industrial and drying ovens.

Via a closed thermal oil circuit, heat is transferred reliably and efficiently to reactors, ovens, dryers, rollers, extruders, or other process equipment.

We support you in the planning, design, and standards-compliant implementation of future-proof thermal oil networks – from concept to finished system.
